Why am I lifting a brainbell? Well that is because our brains are something we seldom reference when it comes to training. All the emphasis is about the muscle. However, your MIND - MUSCLE connection is a major player in how much you actually get out of your workout. If your mind is not there in every rep, your muscles will output alot less.
